Installation is carried out by authorized service engineers from the relevant manufacturer or channel, according to the product and site requirements. Our team coordinates the process with your facility and the authorized technical team.

Product demonstrations are generally conducted by the manufacturer or authorized channel representative who knows the system and supplied configuration. We coordinate the session and remain involved in the customer relationship.

Yes. We coordinate the next steps with the relevant authorized manufacturer or channel team for installation, demonstration and operator training, and our in-house team remains available for maintenance and ongoing support within the agreed service scope.
02Do you cover both Andhra Pradesh and Telangana?
Yes. Our headquarters is in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, and our supply and service coverage extends across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
03Is your support only for large hospitals?
